Project Manager (Wet Fire)

Working with a well established fire consultancy on the sunny East Coast of Australia, this is an opportunity to develop your career and up-scale your lifestyle.
As Project Manager, you will be developing and maintaining customer relationships, key sub contractors, supplier and vendor relationships to support the delivery and ongoing sales pipeline.



 

The Job                  

• Scoping objectives and work

• Contract Planning & Scheduling

• Review Contract responses and action, i.e. Works programs, cash flows, occupational Health and safety / Quality Assurance

• Negotiate subcontractor services

• Procurement evaluation for equipment and contractors

• Contract Implementation & Resolution:

• Reviewing and monitoring progress against goals and schedule

• Respond to requirements for equipment, labour, and documentation

• Undertake cost-to-complete




The Skills

• 4+ year's experience across wet fire Installation Project Management

• Ability to engage & lead multidisciplinary project teams

• Solutions focused, able to leverage your team to solve problems

• A relevant tertiary qualification would be an advantage, but not essential

• Experience across high-profile, large scale and minor projects
