The role:

While they are currently still in a growth period and trying to get their name to be widely recognised, the Production Supervisor role can be anywhere between 30-40 hours a week depending on the weekly orders.
You will be managing a team of 15-20 casual staff members twice a week on packing days. There is also a 3-4 hour shift on a Sunday night to pack office orders ready for dispatch Monday morning. Your days of work will be Sun, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri.

You will be:

Managing the weekly packing processes

In charge of the recruitment, staff management, training and KPI's

Rostering

Managing inward goods

Quality Assurance

Managing the budgets
You will need experience in:

Leadership

Production management or warehousing management

Rostering
-
Training
-
H&S
-
Operating a forklift.
