Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager

With numerous exciting projects on the horizon, this large family owned business is in need of an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team and be a part of our vibrant and fulfilling work environment. If you don't have 'roots' in the East Coast, be prepared to put some down - 'cause this is a long-term opportunity.

This position involves working within their young and energised team of Quantity Surveyors with tendering, contract administration and project management. You will be office-based but will also be out on-site supporting the field staff with project management.

 

Your Skills:

• Applicants must have experience in either Carpentry, Project Management or Quantity Surveying

• Having a diploma in Quantity Surveying or Project Management is advantageous

• Previous experience in the NZ Construction market is extremely important

• Personality and longevity are key to success. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate great communication skills and ability to bond with the team - this is a *family* business after all

• A demonstrated connection to the East Coast or commitment to building a life in this beautiful location will help to secure the role
